1. Introduction
The terms and conditions of sale detailed below (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between any consumer customer of the website Gozyla.com (“Customer” or “you”) and Gozyla, whose administrative headquarters are located at Rue du couvent, 7100 La Louvière – Belgium (“Gozyla” or “we”), operator of the website https://www.gozyla.com (“the Site”).
These Terms are the only applicable conditions and replace all others, except with prior written agreement.
Gozyla may occasionally modify these Terms; therefore, they should be reviewed before each order. Changes are applicable from the date of publication and cannot affect previous orders. Each order is governed by the Terms in force on the date of purchase. By validating your order, you accept these Terms without reservation. By accessing the Site, you agree to comply with them.
2. Place an order
The Site is available 24/24h and 7/7d to place your order.
In line with our commitment to the fight against fraud to payment on the internet and thus protect all consumers, your order may be subject to prior approval by us. This validation triggers the preparation of your order. You can follow the status in My Account or, if you ordered as a guest, via Track Order.
3. Prices
All prices on the Site are in Euros and include VAT. Delivery is free for the majority of countries. For islands or destinations that are difficult to access, shipping fees may apply and will always be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but the price applied will be the one displayed at the time your order is placed.
In case of an obvious pricing error (technical or human), we reserve the right to either cancel the order or request payment of the price difference before processing the shipment. You will be notified in both cases and may choose whether to proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order.
4. Availability
Orders are accepted while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, Gozyla will refund the corresponding amount within 72 hours.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we may offer an equivalent replacement only with your agreement. Otherwise, the product will be refunded.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment methods
• Bank transfer (processed within 1–2 business days)
• Mollie (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) – instant payment
• PayPal – instant payment via PayPal account or credit card
5.2 Payment Security
All online payments are secured via SSL encryption. Your banking information is never stored by Gozyla.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, or deletion of personal data at any time (see Section 9).
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery times
Delivery time includes:
1. Order processing (max 72h): payment verification, preparation, carrier collection
2. Carrier delivery time, depending on your selected delivery method
All delivery estimates are expressed in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
Gozyla is not responsible for carrier delays after the parcel has been shipped. If your parcel is late, contact us so we can investigate.
6.2 Delivery methods
Multiple delivery options are offered and are fully displayed during the checkout process. You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method before confirming your order.
6.3 Shipping fees
Delivery is free for the majority of countries. For islands or destinations that are difficult to access, shipping fees may apply and will always be clearly displayed before checkout. Shipping fees, when applicable, depend on your order and the chosen delivery method.
6.4 Reception
Upon receiving your parcel, please check for conformity or damage. If possible, write any issue on the delivery slip and inform Gozyla.
6.5 Customs and taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or delays. These remain at your charge. No compensation can be granted for customs delays.
7. Returns
7.1 General Terms
Returns must be initiated from My Account. Items should be returned with tracking using the carrier of your choice.
7.2 Right of withdrawal (30 days)
You benefit from a statutory 30-day withdrawal period starting from receipt of your order.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage by your chosen carrier. Refunds (excluding shipping fees) are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Gozyla may apply a reduction if the product has been excessively handled.
7.3 Incorrect or non-conforming product
If you receive an incorrect item (wrong reference, wrong color, etc.), Gozyla will cover the return costs and issue a replacement or refund. The return is free upon presentation of the receipt or invoice from the carrier previously agreed with Gozyla. The reimbursement of return costs is made after the returned item has been received.
8. Product Warranty
Some products come with a commercial warranty whose terms vary by brand.
Commercial warranties do not cover:
• External damage (shock, oxidation, sand, liquid, power surge, etc.)
• Abnormal or inappropriate use
• Unauthorized repairs
Warranty items must be returned for evaluation. If the manufacturer refuses coverage, Gozyla cannot be held responsible.
Products returned for a warranty claim may be repaired instead of replaced or refunded depending on the manufacturer’s procedure. If the defect is confirmed as being covered by warranty, no diagnostic fees apply and the return shipping costs will be covered by Gozyla under the same conditions as for incorrect or non-conforming products, upon presentation of the carrier receipt and using the return method agreed in advance.
If the defect is not covered by warranty, diagnostic or repair fees may apply and return shipping costs remain at the Customer’s expense.
9. Protection of personal data
Your personal data is essential for processing orders, deliveries, billing, and warranties. By registering on the Site, you agree to provide accurate information.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data. You may submit a request at any time through our Contact section.
9.1 Cookies
Cookies may be stored on your device to improve browsing and analyze traffic. You may manage or refuse cookies through your browser settings or via the Site’s cookie banner.

11. Public Statements and False Information
Gozyla respects the right of Customers to share their opinions and feedback regarding their experience. However, the publication or dissemination of false factual statements that harm the reputation of Gozyla, whether online or elsewhere, may constitute defamation under applicable laws.
If information published about Gozyla is proven to be false and is not corrected after formal notification, Gozyla reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including seeking compensation for any damages directly caused.
