1.1 The terms of sale detailed below (hereafter known as "Terms") exclusively govern the contractual relationship between the consumer customer site Gozyla.com (hereinafter the "Customer" or "you") and Gozyla company, whose office is located at Floréal Street 47/22, 6791 Athus - Belgium (hereinafter "Gozyla" or "we") editing the website: https://www.gozyla.com (hereinafter the "Site").
These terms of sale are the only applicable and replace all other conditions, except for prior express written consent.
Gozyla may be occasionally obliged to modify some provisions of its terms, so it is necessary that they be reread before each order on the Site. These changes are applicable from their uploads and can not be applied to previous orders. Each order on the Site is governed by the terms applicable on the date of such order. We consider that by validating your order, you unreservedly accept our terms of sale after reading them. By accessing the Site, you agree to the terms of sales contained herein.
The site is available 24/24h and 7/7d to place your order.
In line with our commitment to the fight against fraud to payment on the internet and thus protect all consumers, your order may be subject to prior approval by us. This validation triggers the preparation of your order. You can follow the status in My Account.
The sale prices listed on the site are in Euros and inclusive all taxes but excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs are indicated to the Customer as and its range of products and the selected delivery method. Their total amount is indicated to him at the end of the order process, in addition to the price of selected products before confirmation of its acceptance by the Client.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time but we are committed to apply the prices indicated on the Site at the time of your order.
We inform you that in case of displaying a wrong price, obviously laughable, whatever the reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error.), the order - even validated by us - will be canceled, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then be able, if you wish, to re-order at the correct and exact price.
Gozyla will honor your order while stocks last. In case of unavailability of a product, we will refund, if applicable, the price for this product and that, within a maximum of 24 hours.
If among the products ordered, some are temporarily unavailable, we promise you to replace the unavailable product by a product of a quality and an equivalent price. If you refuse, we will reimburse the product.
5.1 Payment methods available
Gozyla offers several payment methods :
• Payment by bank transfer: We receive payment in 1-2 working days. After choosing this payment and submit your order, you will receive an email with our bank details.
• Payment with Stripe: Payment is instant. You can pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB, iDEAL, Bancontact, Maestro, SOFORT, Giropay, Apple Pay and Google Pay..
• Payment with PayPal: Payment is instant. You can pay for your order with your PayPal account or your credit card (MasterCard, Visa ...).
5.2 Payment Security
All online payments by bank or credit card are made via the security system "Secure Socket Layer" which allows for encrypting your banking information when transmitted.

6.1 Delivery times
When the article is in stock on the Site, the delivery date is determined by the sum of the 2 following:
1. the shipping time (72h max.) : verification and confirmation of your payment + preparing your order + collection of the parcel by the carrier.
2. delivery time of your package by the carrier according to the delivery method chosen by you on the Site.
The delivery times indicated on the site are expressed in working days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For example, an order collected by the carrier on Thursday with a delivery time of 2 working days will be delivered the following Monday.
We strive to meet the delivery deadlines mentioned. However, Gozyla can not be held liable for late delivery if the shipment time has been respected. In case of non receipt of a package by the deadline, the Customer is invited to report it to Gozyla for investigation, it may take several days.
6.2 Delivery methods
Gozyla offers multiple shipping methods. For details, please see page Delivery and returns.
6.3 Shipping fees
Shipping fees are based on the delivery method chosen by the Customer and calculated on the entire order. They will be given to the Customer at the end of the order before confirming it by him.
Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check whether the products delivered comply with your order or damaged and indicate, if necessary and if possible, on the delivery order and form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature , any anomaly concerning them.
7.1 General Terms
All returns must be accompanied by a completed and signed return form. Such a return form is available and can be completed in My Account. The return will be via the carrier of your choice. It is highly recommended that you return the goods with tracking.
7.2 Returns in the right of withdrawal
You have a statutory withdrawal period of 30 calendar days to cancel all or part of your order. This period starts from the delivery of your order, or the latest packages in your order if it is delivered in several packages. In order to validly exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within those 30 days.
The return costs are your responsibility. We accept no liability for loss, theft, damage etc occasioned by the carrier you have chosen. Gozyla will refund you via the payment method originally used, the returned products (excluding shipping), upon receipt thereof.
We inform you that Gozyla may apply a discount on repayment to reflect the depreciation of the product, resulting from the handling other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
7.3 Return following the delivery of a different product than ordered
If you find the product received does not match the ordered product (incorrect reference, color error ...), you can request a refund or exchange. If replacement is not possible, the Customer may return the product and get refund the corresponding price. The return costs will be at our expense.
Some products on the site benefit from commercial guarantees, the extent and duration differ between products and brands.
Generally, commercial guarantees do not cover :
• damage resulting from a cause external to the device (for example, accidents, internal or external shock, lightning, a power fluctuation, oxidation, presence of sand ...) ;
• abnormal or improper product use ;
• damage due to the intervention of a repairer not approved by the manufacturer ;

Gozyla can not be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to apply its guarantee for the reasons outlined above.
The information you give us are essential for processing and delivering orders, preparing invoices and warranty contracts, their absence leads to the cancellation of your order. By registering on the Site, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information about yourself. Communicating false information is contrary to these terms on the Site.
You have a permanent right to access and rectify all the information about you in accordance with European texts and national laws (Article 34 of the Act of 6 January 1978). You can at any time make a request to Gozyla to know what information it available to you. You can at any time alter data on request. Gozyla is the only holder of information about you.
If you accepted when you registered on the Site, Gozyla may send you information through precise and punctual promotional operations. We also inform you that after you place an order on our website, you are likely to receive newsletters from Gozyla offering products similar to those ordered.
